VIP Arrival and Departure Services:
GSI can begin assisting your group from the moment of arrival with our airport meet and greet service. We will meet your guests at the gate or in baggage claim, provide porter assistance, custom group signage, and personal escort to the waiting transportation. We can assist in booking sedan, SUV, and limo transfers for your VIPs. GSI maintains a 1500 sq. feet office of supervisors and staff only minutes from baggage claim and your arriving guests. This facility also contains a VIP lounge and productivity equipment for your travel staff to access during slow periods. Departure services include dispatch staff at the resort and airport, custom printed departure notices, porter assistance and escort through USDA inspections to the airline ticket counter.
TOURS - Land and Marine Tours:
Your group will have an abundance of opportunity to explore Puerto Rico via land or sea with an exciting selection of land and marine tours. Explore the only rainforest in the United States National Park system, relax on a catamaran, shop in Old San Juan, or kayak through one of the brightest bioluminescent bays in the world! GSI offers many tours from relaxing to physically challenging. All GSI tours have step-on-board guides in addition to drivers, and guests are transported in state-of-the-art minibuses.
Transportation:
Transportation services, logistics, planning, management and execution of the plan are some of the most critical elements of any convention or program, and we feel that there is not another company better suited than Group Services, Inc. to provide these services in Puerto Rico. Between GSI and our sister company NET, we own and operate 530 seats. Our fleet is comprised of 56 and 47 passenger motorcoaches, 24 passenger minibuses, 14 passenger executive vans, SUVs, sedans, limos, and limo buses. Our full service, modern maintenance facility and dispatch offices are located on the grounds of San Juan’s International Airport, and are manned 24 hours a day. This permits us to provide a level of service, response time, and reliability that none in Puerto Rico can match. Our well established infrastructure, experience, vendor resources and past performances providing services to 5,000 attendee plus city wide conventions, major hotels and incentive programs bear this out.
Décor:
Let our theme décor and event production department bring your events to life! We own and maintain an extensive inventory of linens and props housed at our 25,000 square foot warehouse only 15 minutes from the El Conquistador. GSI has experience producing events in every corner of the property; from Palomino Island to the Atlantic Ballroom! Whether you’re looking for simple enhancements or the works, our staff of creative designers and production managers will tailor a custom event fitting your vision and budget. Because GSI controls the production process from the proposal phase to event execution, we are able to provide our clients with many advantages; lower cost, quality control, and timely event execution.

Whether you would like to stimulate teamwork and networking within your organization, or just have fun, a teambuilding event hosted at the El Conquistador is guaranteed to be a trip highlight! GSI offers many options for groups from 10 people to over 1000. Create a custom beach Olympics program on Palomino Island, or explore the property on a Polaroid scavenger hunt. With an abundance of options from intimate one-man-bands to full salsa, meringue, and variety acts, all of your entertainment needs can be met with existing on-island talent. DANCEHEADS is the hottest event sensation wherever it is booked. It creates an enthusiastic response from event guests of all ages. Not just lip-synching, not just karaoke, DANCEHEADS superimposes oversized participants’ heads on professional dancers’ bodies while they sing along to some of the greatest pop hits of all time.
