Terms and Conditions

• The meal plan is available for a minimum of three nights and must be purchased for the entire length of stay. The plan begins with dinner on the day of a guest’s arrival and end with breakfast on their day of departure.
• All persons sharing a room (adults and children) must purchase a meal plan. Guests 12 years and over are considered adults.
• A $25 daily surcharge per child between five (5) and eleven (11) years old will apply. Proof of age will be required at check-in. A children’s menu is available for children eleven (11) years old and under at participating restaurants. If your child chooses any item from the regular menu, it will be charged at full price.
• Children four (4) years old and under eat free from the children menu when dining with their parents who are participating in the plan.
• Breakfast includes Full American or Continental Buffet, regular coffee, tea and orange juice.
• Dinner is a three meal course and includes a choice of one appetizer, soup or salad, one entrée (and one side if applicable) and a selection of one dessert, plus coffee, tea and sodas. Offering beverages to non meal plan guests is prohibited. Alcoholic beverages are not included with any meal.
• Dinner reservations are required for Blossoms, Stingray Café, La Piccola Fontana and Strip House. To avoid the $25 per person “no show” fee, reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to actual dining time.
• A 15% service charge is not included in the price of the plan, and will be based on the actual dining check for each meal. Service charges will be posted on your guest room account. Please note that you will be required to sign consumption checks for internal accounting purposes only.
• The value of unused meals will be non-refundable and may not be redeemed at non-participating restaurants.
• Restaurant hours of operation, openings, restaurants names, as well as participating restaurants in the dining plan, are subject to change without notice. Surcharges may apply to some menu items. Room Service is not included in the plan.
• The meal plan, rate and features are subject to change without notice and some blackout dates apply. The meal plan is not applicable to groups.
